Ripoff: badly coded games, nonsensical to no training design. The games just play without any meaningful challenge or point. You can run a session of game perfectly, and there’s no change or advancement. The app comes across as a scam. Also the games are so cheaply and badly coded it’s painfully awful to play. They even use the same music clip that repeats endlessly for all the background music for all the games.

I was offered to subscribe at the discounted price of $15.99 but when I clicked to purchase, the price switched to $79.99. No thanks

I overall enjoyed the app. However, when it came time to renew I was offered a discount within the app. Yet, when I tried to purchase it at the discounted price ($15.99/yr) I would only get the prompt to purchase it for $79.99. It is the classic bait and switch. If it isn’t truly on sale, don’t pretend as though you are offering one.

Very slow and way too easy. It’s an insult to my intelligence to be “practicing” with this app. Anybody with 10% of a brain will have a hard time finding a challenge

I like how this game challenges me and particularly the robustness of my abilities, that is the strong suit. It also probably has my second favorite variety on any app (I play the free version of 5 lol) I am writing to offer some advice/feedback. I would love to see geist have an account system so I can play it on a PC. I'm trying to do my brain training on different devices and this seems like the only one that doesn't have a website.

I love GEIST. I have been looking for brain training games but all of them require you paying for it. I kept searching until I found GEIST. GEIST is super fun and I love their IQ tests and games but there is one small problem with one game. The game robot factory in the reaction area is glitchy. I tap the pieces and it counts it wrong in levels 11, 12, and 13. If you fix the glitch it would be 5 stars for me.

Got a renewal offer and when pushing on it a totally higher amount comes up!! Not right!!! So now I wonder if the tests are legitimate.

The exercises of this app are fun and the IQ test is a good daily challenge for your brain. I would recommend this app to other people who might want to exercise their brain more or if they’re just be bored.

Wish there was a way to skip to a harder level.

I used Geist a lot until i opened the game without deleting the game. Then, for some reason, when i just got in, it offered me the thing i got a while back. Keep in mind, i bought all of the games PERMANENTLY, or thats what they claimed to do. It was permanent for a while, until this morning when i checked the game. Dont buy anything from this game because i got scammed and you could get scammed too.

at first I really liked the design and vibe of this app but after now using it for a couple months and being a premium subscriber I will say definitively that this app is boring it always has me playing the same games very repetitive and it doesn’t really seem like the developer is making any real significant improvements or updates there’s no account feature which means there’s no way to sync your progress between devices seems like a basic function that the developer eliminated and has no interest in reinventing so I wouldn’t recommend this app for a long-term because it doesn’t seem like the developer is serious about it and also pro tip do not pay the full price for the premium keep saying no until a much lower price is shot because you can easily get premium for 50% off their asking price if you for some reason love you so much that you feel like that’s necessary otherwise if your social on this app I would just say there’s better out there

You offered a deal 29.95, and start in year! at 59.95, per year, did you not? There should be no opp. for upgrade, at least for 2weeks.

I love to play memory games when I am bored. The only thing is,that to be a member is to expensive.

I’m sorry but did not know how else to get in touch with y’all. My phone along with other items were all stolen from me a few days ago and I never had the chance to cancel subscription before getting charged the 59.99. I can not afford this and me and my family will suffer due to these charges. Please let me get out of this payment You have a wonderful product but I just can not afford it. Especially after I have all sorts of charges in other sites due to thieves. Please please please

So the app said it was free but after I answered the questions it said 59.99 A YEAR!! Don’t recommend unless you pay freakin 60 bucks a year for some app

Money oriented, don’t seem to really care about their users too much, I hate it.

A lot of mistakes in the games and even in IQ test. Generally not bad for beginning but some games impossible to play since no explanation how to play.

Not optimized to use on an iPad (doesn’t support landscape orientation, etc) which seems like a rather indefensible oversight, considering how much this app costs (the free version isn’t worth it). I was willing to overlook that initially, but considering all of the glitches and crashes that continue to remain unfixed and unaddressed, this app has become a disappointment, particularly because it had a lot of potential. C’est la vie. Now that the developers appear to have fully jumped ship and essentially abandoned this app (leaving users requests for support and questions unanswered for months now) it is time for me— and you— to go read the reviews of a DIFFERENT app as we search for a worthy substitute.

I’ve been achieving the same result consecutively for days now after finishing between 1-3 minutes. Is this the cap or am I getting a question wrong each time?

Like the simplicity of the game in achieving focus and memory .

I do not like how in the square recall game the first square selected makes the whole answer wrong; I can’t untap the square once selected. So my whole answer is now automatically wrong if I tap the wrong square first. No going back.

This may be a good app, but it presents itself as a free app with “in app purchases “. The “free app” is just a sales tool. You get about 5 minutes of content. Then all other content cost $60/year.

to make it a great app it seems, worthy of the annual premium subscription price. After I canceled my premium subscription per January 2022 (not a typo), the app prompts me to upgrade to premium. Sorry folks, how is that not a slap in the face to the customer? It’s not like I am getting a refund. I paid for premium for a whole year.

Amazing but I wish you had maybe two or three more games for the memory section... other than that amazing, amazing app. Definitely has better games than a lot of other brain game apps. Pls more levels and more games!!!!!

Wow this game is really good I am acting learning it’s amazing how the Strategy they have one here 👌👌 I would rate it 1000/1000 best game on my phone 💕

Please include a restart game setting. I have test anxiety, and use several brain training games each day. The lack of restart is a disappointment.

You can download the game but then they want to scam you out of $59/month

I realize I only use the free version, so I won’t be getting top quality but it’s still pretty lame. The robot game is glitchy and slow to respond. The “IQ test” which probably is not even close to actuate gives you the same question almost every time. And the games don’t seem worth it to pay extra, at least not as much as they charge.

I enjoy games like this because I can take away from it. I can retract my self on certain things that I haven’t used in a while and it allows me to test my self utilizing a good type of mental stress.

Hi, i have been playing the android version of this app (memorando) and i couldn’t help notice that the ‘test’ that you unlock after harnessing points is only available for premium subscribers. Wish the developers would make it available for non premium users like it is in android.

Putting a premium continuous subscription model on some basic mind games is pretty low. Putting a one time offer to unlock everything doesn’t make you generous, it makes you pushy and exploitative. Why not just charge once for everybody and stop with the sales pressure? Oh right, because standards mean nothing to you. Giving everyone different price tags based on your desperation is not a good look, when you’re already talking about a low shelf product. I can’t believe people actually justify this practice, then wonder why the AppStore is flooded with such exploitative garbage at the same time.

I hate apps that place money over users because they don't give enough things to do for free users. This app does the same, but even worse. We get 3 WHOLE GAMES TO PLAY without the overpriced subscription. This is a very greedy app.

Not worth the download unless you purchase the premium version. I tried to move forward with just the free portion but got frustrated because every time you click on something you’re prompted to purchase the premium version. I just deleted it.

Fun challenge to test your IQ. Do recommend if you want to enhance your knowledge skills. Unlock levels if you upgrade. A bit pricey but worth it if you’re looking to do this!

Exceeds Lumosity, honest company. Does what they say with you money, appropriaurtimeyoupurchase. Discounts but better puzzles. Really races the kind. Keeps you sharp and focused. NOT the sane 3-4-5 ring around the roses Lumosity has. You REALLY have to think and act...usually FART and faster, but makes adjustments so you’re not wasting your time and money. Challenges you, but not frustrating. It’s a FUN CHALLENGE. I’ve paid for (Lumosity twice, ripped off both times) I’d PAY, P A Y, PAY for this 3x before I’d take a membership for life (which they SAY they don’t have) from Lumosity). Fixed income, SHORT on money, but I just renewed the second time for another year. Wrong about 100x better....1000x better than Lumosity.....even if Lying Lumosity Gave you a year. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Geist, MUUUUUUCH better than the free and ESPECIALLY the cheap, non challenging Lymosity, AND their customer services ALL LIES! Even if you get switched to a “higher up”, they just make up a higher-up, bigger LIE! And if you can prove that wrong, they change their lie!
